How to Schedule Your Airbnb Cleaners Automatically!


In this guide I will quickly tell you how to automatically schedule your cleaners to help them know when to work without having to add them on as a co-host. It is often best not to bring your cleaner(s) on as co-hosts unless they are someone very close and trusted as this status may give them access to more information then they necessarily need such as messages between you and guests. All they really need to know is when your property needs to be cleaned and when you get a new booking (and how to clean well). A great way to do this is to link your Airbnb calendar to their Google calendar. This is how:

1. On airbnb.com go to Host and select Calendar.

2. Click Availability settings in your calendar view.

3. Under Sync calendars, select Import Calendar.

4. Copy the URL for your cleaner's Google calendar into the Calendar address (URL) field.

5. Name the calendar.

6. Click Import calendar.

This will connect your Airbnb calendar to your cleaners google calendar so this way they will automatically know when your listing needs to be cleaned. They will also be able to see other pertinent info such as number of guests for each booking and the name of the guests. It will also automatically update when you receive a new booking though sometimes it does not update right a way so it is often a good idea to send a confirmation text for last minute bookings.
